I had the pleasure of staying at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel while attending a travel forum. Like any other hotel on the Strip, it is unique and full of life.
The Concept
Experience everything that you love about Paris without having to leave the Strip.
The Room
For my trip, I stayed in the king, non-smoking Classic room. The room was a little outdated for my taste, but it was spacious. I guess that plays into the whole classic, romantic vibe that the Paris displays. Continuing the classic, european style- which flows with the ambiance of European culture. It had the typical amemities: flat-screen, in-room safe, coffee maker, desk and seating area. No refrigerator or microwave that comes standard. My favorite part of the room was the bathroom (which we all know is important!) It was spacious and marble accents. It featured a seperate bathtub and enclosed shower. The view from the room was nice. It overlooked the huge pool area and Eiffel tower replica. The Paris also offers the Burgundy Room, Reed Room, Classic Suite, Elegant Suite, Magnifique Suite, St. Tropez, Deluxe Suite, Charlemagne Suite, Napoleon Suite, and Lyon Suite.
The Scene
The same passion, excitement and ambiance of Europe’s most romantic city flows throughout the property. The Paris boasts a beautiful lobby, bars, shops, restaurants, spa, theatre, and chapel. A mini replica of the Effiel Tower sits on the property. Guests and visitors can take an elevator to the very top and enjoy breaktaking views of the Strip.
The Service
The service at the Paris was good. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Guests can expect the housekeeping to be done daily. Nothing really exceptional- just your standard hotel cleaning.
What I Loved
I loved the romantic vibe of the hotel and casino. The property is very clean, this flowed into the room. It has a good variety of restaurants throughout- offering many types of cuisines, from American, Italian, French, and Asian. Every employee was warm and welcoming. I never encountered any bad customer service.
What Could Be Better
My only recommendation would be to improve the check-in process. Even though there was a check-in counter and express check-in machines, the process was overwhelming and slow. The use of the machines seemed to take longer than actually speaking to the front desk. They did have an employee near by to answer questions and assist patrons. Once I was able to get past the lines of people, my stay was pretty pleasant. I would stay here again.
