It’s always something to write down your thoughts, your days, or just pure randomness. For me its stress relieving. With each word written, my thoughts are tucked away and no longer constantly flowing through my head. Weekly Round Ups are my weekly recaps of what’s going on in my world. Recaps of my week. Favorite links i’ve come across. Reads I can’t put down. New eats and drinks I have discovered. What’s on my binge-watching list. And quotes that relate to my mood and thoughts.
 
This merger has finally concluded at work. It has definitely been an overwhelming process. I have been told that I will be a key player in this transition process and they would like to be a part of the team. The week has been quote in limbo as I do not know what my responsibilities are with the formation of the new company. I low-key feel as though I am talking a demotion. Who knows?! I am prepared for the future, always keeping my options open. 
 
I will say that I always welcome change. Sometimes its the changes that are out of our control that can be blessings in disguise. That’s how I’m looking at this change, a blessing. Series of changes that may lead to a better me, or not. Either way, I’m ready. 
 
I finally finished Season 3 of 13 Reasons Why. That season was so intense! I have never experienced so many different emotions: happiness, anger, aggravation, hurt, etc. It’s graphic, but worth a watch. 
 
Completed the limited series of Unbelievable. Unspeakable crime. Police coercion to get a victim to change their story. 
 
Felt empowered watching Angela Bassett’s acceptance speech for her #BlackGirlsRock award.
 
Im so excited! One of my favorite shows has started with a new season – American Horror Story: 1984. 
 
 
Discovered new downtown eats – Irenes! Spacious with nice patio vibes.
